Victor Tsao
Board Member

Victor Tsao was the founder and CEO of Linksys and led its rise to become the world's leading provider of networking hardware for both home and small business applications. He continued as CEO of Linksys following its acquisition by Cisco Systems. For his accomplishments at Linksys, Victor has received numerous awards, including Distinguished Alumni Award from the Pepperdine University Graduate School of Management in 2005, Entrepreneur of the year in 2004 by Inc. Magazine and in 1999 by Earnst & Young, and Bridgegate 20 Top SoCal Industry Leader in 2002.

Victor today remains active as an entrepreneur and investor in numerous start ventures in the US and China via his venture firm Miven Venture Partners. Prior to founding Linksys, Victor held senior information technology leadership positions at Taco Bell, Santa Fe International, TRW, Kraft, and Montgomery Ward. Mr. Tsao holds an MBA, MS and BS in computer science from Pepperdine University, Illinois Institute of Technology and Tamkang University in Taiwan, respectively.
