To lead a team of Application Engineers in the implementation of company air interface solutions with client products. With a focus on metamaterial technology and RF system specifications, working closely with these customers in order to resolve any technical issues. Analyze system requirements, cost, and customer needs to determine feasibility of project and develop system plan. Confer with engineers, customers and vendors. Review and evaluate team goals and accomplishments to ensure effectiveness, technical adequacy and compatibility in the resolution of complex engineering problems. Preparing detailed reports for submission and review by customers. Academic background or work experience must include Cellular, WiFi, Antenna Design and Antenna prototype building, design of components for RF Tranceiver, RF System Design. Simulation software experience with Agilent Advanced Design Software (ADS), Ansoft HFSS and MATLAB. Required familiarity with Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer and Anechoic Chamber. Academic background or work experience to include: Cellular, Wifi, Antenna Design and antenna prototype building, RF System Design.
