The Advisory Board is an international network of experts who have agreed to give the Rayspan meaningful help on a regular basis in many different areas, including law, technology, and outreach. Their abilities, experience, and knowledge were selected for how they complement a particular Rayspan project, or the organization as a whole.
The Board advises Rayspan in its strategic decision-making process. Sometimes questions will be posed to the whole group, sometimes individual members will be consulted. They share an active dialog with Rayspan. They are chosen not as a "list of names", but as a group of people we interact with regularly.
